A1: I have! As a surprise for my Grandparent's 50th anniversary I did a 100 page scrapbook, and worked to trace our lines. I was able to gift my grandmother with history she never had before thanks to https://t.co/0eywVoDg3a #culturetrav
RT @Turtlestravel: @Nicolette_O Hope so! Supposedly Zinzinnati is the second largest Oktoberfest in the world, behind only Munich, Germany.…
I would if I didn't have to pay for it. So, no. I mostly know there's interesting stuff there from mentions of things, but by the time this stuff got to me, all my grandparents who'd tell me that shit were dead. So. #culturetrav Either way it would be largely local tho. https://t.co/qHWV1SFXtd

A1: I have considered it many times, but not with too much determination. Living in a former colony such as South Africa with so much cultural diversity it should be interesting. #culturetrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O He wants to find out more about his family involvement in the world wars because he has a lot of family that were in the Navy and RAF, but I'm more interested in the history and ancestry stuff than he tends to be #culturetrav
replying to @CourseCharted @CourseCharted It's really quite interesting....a bit of a rabbit hole though. #CultureTrav
