replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A5: Not yet, but I found a recipe for the cream cake at Cafe Ruszwurm in Budapest, as well as some tricks the cafe uses (they list them on their website). I'm setting myself up for disappointment, though, because it'll never come out as cloud-like as the original. #CultureTrav
