A3. I walk as much as possible. There's something electric about exploring a city and its neighborhoods on foot. (And not just in cities with amazing street scenes, like #tokyo.) You see things you'd otherwise miss. #culturetrav

A4 Absolutely, I recently returned to #Madrid #Spain where I lived for 2 years in college. I certainly saw changes to the city, but I also noticed the changes in myself. Read about my experience here: https://t.co/8PzvuUJIsR #CultureTrav #travel #adventure

A3: In cities, I always go car free, taking advantage of public transportation as well as, many wonderful free walking tours offered in more and more cities (especially Europe). Among the best free walking tours were on a recent trip to Krakow: @FREEtourPOLAND #CultureTrav

A4: I used to live in @MySwitzerland_e when I was a kid (on the ice here), so it was incredible to come back as an adult/mom to see it through my kids' eyes. They loved it, and the country was even more beautiful than I remembered.#culturetrav @Nicolette_O

A4 #Iceland for sure. The first time we just stayed in #reykjavik. The second we took a #roadtrip and saw some amazing sights!

A3: Can we answer twice? A good hike just outside a city is a great way to find some awesome views! #CultureTrav

A5. These few words: "Maybe you're right." or, if I really don't think that's possible, "let's agree to disagree." #culturetrav

A4: We went to Italy the first time in the late fall. We had Rome to ourselves and the weather was perfection. We went again in the summer with our girls, and while still amazing, it was SO different with the extreme crowds and heat. #culturetrav

A4: When I go back to visit friends in #Madrid, we head to the #PlazaMayor and take photos by the places I first saw as a teenager years ago. These landmarks never change, but we do! They spark a different impression and conversation every time. #CultureTrav

A4. Hated NYC the first, second, and third times I visited. It was completely overwhelming. Then I finally began exploring the smaller neighborhoods instead and saw a whole different side. #CultureTrav

A2 #CultureTrav One of my favorite view landmarks is Nabotičnik, the vintage 1930s "skyscraper" with the best view of #Ljubljana from the rooftop bar. Tagging my friend @LetsGoSlovenia. @visitljubljana @SloveniaInfo

A3. When in Japan, I loved exploring by bike because I could turn down streets (town or country) I would have missed #CultureTrav
