Q1: Have you ever visited a place with a loved one, and had very different views on the experience? Where and why? #CultureTrav
A1: I think it's always exciting to hear what people specifically recall about a destination. For some, food is memorable. For someone else, it's all about art or architecture. I love hearing what sticks, whether I travel with my guy, friends, or family members! #CultureTrav
A1: For whatever reason, my hubby and I tend to share the same views on places we visit. But I'm sure this will happen eventually! #CultureTrav

A1 #CultureTrav When visiting Malaga, Spain, I hated most of the time we spent there; my sister loved it. We later discussed it and realized I hated it cuz I had to share a bedroom with my younger brother and she loved it cuz she had a room to herself.

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A1) Yes, I've visited places that I had emotional ties to while the person I was with had no connection to it because they hasn't experienced what I had. #CultureTrav

A1 I’ve traveled to #cuba with both of my parents. Each enjoyed the #adventure full of architecture, #music, #rum, #cigars, #classiccars, & history but I think once was enough for my parents. My father said, “Boy this place needs a coat of paint.” #CultureTrav #travel
A1: Venice. I thought it was quirky and amazing and would love to go explore it again in the off season. Hubby was totally turned off. #culturetrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A1 The only place this has ever happened is Disney World. Though it wore me out, I loved my first visit with my family and want to go back. My husband said that one visit was enough. #CultureTrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A1. I'd have to say visiting museums or historical places. My friends and family aren't really interested in that kind of thing, so for them the experience is mediocre, but for me it's amazing #culturetrav
A1: I went to #Ireland to spend a chilly week drinking whiskey and beer and walking everywhere. My husband, brother and I love all of those things. My sister is always cold and drinks wine, so it took her a while to warm up, both literally and figuratively. #culturetrav

A1. Penang. My husband loved it, but it was uncomfortable for me. As a left-handed woman, I was stared at a lot even with my husband. I don't think I would have felt comfortable alone. #culturetrav
