#CultureTrav A3) Overall, people are friendly and nice no matter where you all. There are less mean people in the world

A3: Traveling has solidified the fact that we are much more similar than we are different - at our core we care about others, family, friends, our health! We have a bond on this planet just by virtue of existing 💙🌍 #CultureTrav

replying to @travelcricket8 @travelcricket8 A3: There is so much we don't know and will never know! Traveling opens up that space and has certainly destroyed any certainties I had about life. #CultureTrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A3 my perceptions about the world have remained intact. Most people are kind and want the same things, globally. Health, love and happiness.

A3: I've learned that perceptions will forever be different. It's what make a travel so personal and unique. We will all leave places with a different feeling and experience. Where some see only expense, weather, crowds or filth, others see opportunity and beauty. #CultureTrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A3: I think there is an odd juxtaposition when you travel that makes you feel bigger and yet smaller at the same time. It puts a lot of things in perspective. #culturetrav

#CultureTrav A4) Not so much my country, but my city Philadelphia is often considered mean and crazy, but generally people are actually friendly and helpful

A4: America gets a lot of mixed opinions, mostly derived from pop culture and more particularly, my hometown of #Chicago is often seen as dangerous which I find quite funny (and it gives me street cred when I travel!) 😉✈️ #CultureTrav

A4: Well that's easy! And it's true, for some months! But Canada is so extremely diverse, and I hope people think of us as such. #CultureTrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4 Cuba is often reduced to, and perceived as ‘beaches, cigars, 1950s cars + salsa’. Our region (Baracoa) at the easternmost tip of the island shows Cuba as a wonderful nature, adventure and ecological living destination.
