replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O Yes being a California girl and never really experiencing crazy weather I was a little nervous lol #CultureTrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4: Um yep, while we were trying to work on the foundations of our house in Queenstown. These pics were taken 12 hours apart. #CultureTrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A5: How about drinking #champagne by the fire π I am sure not many are surprised by my answer lol #Travel #CultureTrav
A4: It was 60 degrees F when we arrived in the #BlackHills of #SouthDakota. The next day we made a #snowman at #MountRushmore since the faces were almost completely obscured by the falling snow. It was hilarious. #culturetrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4. We got caught in a torrential downpour which came out of nowhere in Macau. Literally soaked to our skin - we had no choice but to carry on with our day with soggy clothes. lol. Good thing was most people were in the same position! #CultureTrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A2: Snow Tubing in #Vancouver at #SeymourMountain. The view of the city while sledding is beautiful. #CultureTrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4. Visiting museums and #art galleries #CultureTrav
replying to @travelcricket8 @travelcricket8 A1: I like both but in winter it is nice for it to be cold once in a while. Currently skiing where itβs -10 degrees #CultureTrav
A1: I prefer warm weather. Where I live is cold, so itβs nice to escape it. We are total beach bums. #CultureTrav
replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4: Had to drive through a blizzard as they were closing down roads in Lake Tahoe area. "Slow is smooth and smooth is fast" took on a whole other level of meaning. #CultureTrav
replying to @always5star @always5star @Nicolette_O I'm right with you here πππ #culturetrav
#CultureTrav A2: i really want to visit the Quebec city ice hotel @Valcartier at some point and drink a cocktail out of a vessel made if ice!
A5. We love climbing indoors on cold days, but we've also bought ice axes and crampons so we're hoping to do some Winter hiking trips soon! #culturetrav
A2. The Hotel Glace - a hotel in Quebec made entirely of ice was a unique (& cold!) experience. I would say it fits in with local culture because Quebec does get pretty cold in the winter! #culturetrav
