Take a breath, stop for a coffee (and probably a donut),if there are plans to be made, find a hotspot and get on your phone to sort out/get insurance etc. If you need to have a moment, go to the bathroom & silent scream ;-) #CultureTrav

We just had a hike canceled in Guatemala, so we booked a different one & did other stuff in the meantime. What else could we do? Sit around and mope? #CultureTrav

A5. I am not a particularly patient person, but can unusually deal with travel setbacks (most times!). Plan B or C can turn out to be as interesting or even more interesting than Plan A. #CultureTrav
