So we turned back since we were at the end of the road closer to civilisation! Upon driving back, there was a huge fatal collision that we missed! #CultureTrav

replying to @Nicolette_O @Nicolette_O A4: Went across Golden Gate to walk back before our flight out of SF, and then the bridge was closed for fireworks for its anniversary. We were stranded. Luckily a tour bus eventually came by and let us on. It was a close one, though. #CultureTrav

A4. I've met people and ended up hanging around with them. In China, met a couple from New Zealand on a boat on the Li River. Ended up meeting later in Beijing and went on some excursions with them. #CultureTrav
