@Nicolette_O A4 teaching my #ESL students some if my favorite slang is always fun. 'Skookum' #PNW word for great! 'Toque' a winter hat, 'Snowbirds' Canadians who go South for the Winter. 'Loonies and Toonies' Canadian 1 and 2 dollar coins. 'Canuck' a Canadian.

A6 In Spain, the word OSTIA is used a lot. It is the communion cracker, but means wow, shoot, and a combo of other words. However, when things don't go your way, they say, me cago en la mala ostia (I poop on the bad communion cracker.) Ja ja! #culturetrav
