replying to @Expedia @Expedia At th very least 5 days. Preferably a week and a half to 2 weeks. I like to see all of the sights but also like to go where the locals go. I like to see the culture and love to see how people live #ExpediaChat

replying to @Expedia @Expedia A3: It totally depends on the type of trip, time of year, destination, etc! We’ve been long-term traveling for over two years now- with no end in sight. #ExpediaChat

addiecatsmith

replying to @Expedia @Expedia A3 would love to stay at least 2-3 weeks to get a good feel of where I’m visiting! But I usually wind up staying a week! #ExpediaChat #sweepstakes

KimsSweep

replying to @Expedia @Expedia I like to go at least 2 - 3 weeks, this way you see so much more and not have to cram in so much in a little time. #ExpediaChat #Sweepstakes

iDreamofJenn

replying to @Expedia @Expedia A3. For long-distance travel, I like to be there for 3-4 weeks ideally if I can afford it. Time flies so fast when you're traveling #ExpediaChat #Sweepstakes

go_phetch

replying to @Expedia @Expedia A3 #ExpediaChat Ideally, 2-3 weeks minimum. After traveling so far, I like to make the return trip after I’ve well recovered from the first leg 😊#Sweepstakes

replying to @Expedia @Expedia A3: I like to be away for a very minimum of 2 weeks--any less and it's hard to get the "feel" of a place! #ExpediaChat #Sweepstakes

replying to @Expedia @Expedia There’s a huge difference between how long you want to be gone, and how long you can be gone 😢. We typically go for 7-9 days due to work and not being able to be gone at one time for longer then that #ExpediaChat

GearCentric

replying to @jetsettingjoggr @jetsettingjoggr @Expedia I agree, I get out and walk when I arrive, fresh air then best to stay up at least until 9pm the first night. Go to bed and get a good night's rest before heading out to really enjoy the sites. #ExpediaChat

replying to @AmandaaaCar @AmandaaaCar @Expedia Great trip but there was a typhoon that followed us from Japan to Seoul! It was a 2 week trip; we went to Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka and then to Seoul for 3.5 days. Seoul was fun! Good eats! It's a cool hangout city. #ExpediaChat #sweepstakes @Expedia

A3: If it takes more than 16 hours to travel there, I've gotta be in my destination for at least 10 days to make it worth it. Long weekend trips wouldn't apply here, that's for sure! #expediachat

replying to @Expedia @Expedia I like to have about 10 days. 2 for travel and acclimation going, 6 days to explore, 2 for travel home. Long enough to see and try new things, short enough to be back in the comfort of my own bed.
