A7: Venice and Barcelona are my vote for most overtouristed cities. I couldn't believe the crowds on La Rambla when I was last in Barcelona. I want to really see Venice, but am concerned about the extreme crowds. #GenXTravel

replying to @jettingaround @jettingaround A7: Cancun. Any kind of watered-down resort-heavy tourist trap. Go somewhere everyone doesn't speak English or that has something to offer other than all-you-can-drink mudslides. (Though if this is how you like to travel, great. Do whatever makes you happiest.) #GenXTravel
