A4: Experiencing Las Falles festival in Valencia, Spain, was great--from the paper mache falles, to the street processions of bands and "falleros", to daily fireworks and the last-night burn. It was one of my more interesting and exciting festivals. #GenXTravel

But since vegetarianism and veganism is growing so rapidly, it shouldn't be hard to find something in any major city. I saw vegan stuff in heavily meat-based Colombia. #GenXTravel
