During WW2, the factory made uniforms for the US Military. It’s on the national historic registry & I met my now-husband there. Historic for many reasons! #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A9: I was shocked by the few amount of people at Tikal in Guatemala. It isn't really on the main tourist path and it was alarming how quiet it was! I've seen such crowded Mayan sites before. Everyone - head to Tikal! #InspireToWander

A2 Most trips I go on are actually to historic sites. I’m a sucker for medieval towns like this one in Montenegro. I love learning history and walking the streets that have been around for centuries. #inspiretowander

You’ll catch amazing views of the city from Sao Jorge castle, and you can hear the traditional fado music in the restaurants. #InspireToWander

A8- I don't know that it is the best, but the shear scale of the Crazy Horse Memorial is nothing short of amazing. I need to go back and see how much more progress they've made. #InspireToWander #travelingsession
