replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A3: Less people, less kids because they are back in school (harsh, I know!), affordability, many times better weather (not as hot). #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A3. No lines and extra space ! I was able to have the Queen's Apartments at Kensington Palace pretty much to myself when I was there in Feb 😊 #InspiretoWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A3: CROWDS. It's all about avoiding crowds for me. Avoiding crowds and still having nice weather. That's why I'm off to Scotland in a couple of weeks - hoping that it won't be too busy and spring will be starting! #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A3. Less people, less waiting in line for things (unless it’s Disneyland then there’s no shoulder season). #InspireToWander

A3: Hotel rates! Discounts on Airbnb and staying closer to where you want to be! Last minute bookings and not having to plan in advance! #InspireToWander

A3: It’s better from an over tourism point of view. Fewer crowds, shorter lines, less congestion in popular areas, and often times better prices! #inspiretowander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A3) Cheap, cheap, cheap. Why pay the overpriced peak prices, when you can get what are basically the same benefits at a fraction of the cost! Plus, booking trips on points is so much easier to book in shoulder season with better #points availability. #InspireToWander

A3 See this? In the shoulder season this beach would be empty. Especially during the week. Great perk of all. #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A3: Less crowds & cheaper costs are my big two! Since I'm often out hunting for natural wonders, it means less people around. I hate sharing nature. LOL! #InspireToWander

A3. Less crowds! Also locals will talk longer to you since they dont have a madhouse of customers to take care of #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A3: It's much cheaper and far less crowded. You save money, time, *and* the energy the comes with relative solitude. #InspireToWander

A3 @inspiretowander @JustinLaurenXO #InspireToWander one of the perks of traveling in the shoulder season is that the people offering experiences have more time to chat and engage. You create more meaningful relationships with the people you meet👍

A3 @inspiretowander @JustinLaurenXO #InspireToWander one of the best perks for traveling and enjoying the great outdoors during the shoulder season, as in the Fall. NO BUGS! COOL NIGHTS!

A3: Less crowds. Lower prices. Special offers.
It's also a chance to see a place a bit more from a local's point of view. Sometimes it provides a good reason to avoid the cliche stops.

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A3. Travel’s quieter and cheaper in the shoulder season, and time to just right and you can still enjoy the last remnants of either winter or summer. #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A3. For me is the weather. I love traveling in summer time. Cold and I are not very good friends.😕 #InspireToWander
