I had to spend the night sleeping in a baggage return because there weren’t flights until morning and all hotels were booked. O’Hare Airport is my own personal hell. #InspireToWander

A8 #InspireToWander As I said about Singapore, it helps to know where the covers are, a Starbucks or McDonalds if nothing else. I remember in Rome, the sky opened up & within minutes, there were people out there selling umbrellas & yes I bought one.

It had been horribly hot for days and the sky opened up. We took it for a sign and danced in the pouring rain. #InspireToWander

A9: Torrential rains, hail in the summer, and wildfire smoke is about the extent of my wacky weather experience. But we did miss a tornado that ripped through my hometown by just days. (We were away on a trip). #InspireToWander

There was a flood in the Atacama Desert just before we visited, many sites were closed, but we went off the beaten track & found other cool spots! #InspireToWander
