replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A8: Take it easy, pick an easier hike to get started. Then work your way up to tougher hikes. That way you're not in over your head & you can fully enjoy the adventure! #InspireToWander

A8: You don’t have to be an experienced hiker to get out and explore. Most trail maps list the level of difficulty. And many have light and easy trails - like this one in Howth, Ireland! #InspiretoWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A8) Take it easy at first, be prepared with the 10 Essentials, get a good map and stay on the trail! If you have an experienced hiker to mentor you, that the best way to get started. This guy was/is my backpacking bodhisatva. #InspireToWander

A2: The incredibly scenic hike to Ta Phin village of the Red Dao people, near Sapa in Vietnam. The people in the village are very friendly and even through it's often pretty misty, the scenery is beautiful, very etheral. #InspireToWander

A8. In the NY/NJ area, use @nynjtc website to pick an easy trail with cool stuff you want to see. It let's you filter trails based on length, etc. That's how we found so many like #wawayandastatepark in #NewJersey #InspireToWander

A9: Mr. Anchored Adventure & I love Bernheim Arboretum which is in Bardstown, Kentucky. It’s just a little hiking trail - super easy and pretty! Afterward, you can visit a nearby bourbon distillery! 🥃#InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A9) I've said this before, Rialto Beach/Hole in the Wall in Olympic National Park on the Washington Coast. Watch the tide, but it's less than two miles to this 👇#InspireToWander

A10: I am too much of a novice to use the word “best,” but I do believe Switzerland has some amazing hiking - just look at these mountains! There are also so many fantastic national parks in the USA! #InspireToWander

A5: Our team member Sonny was in China in March & hiked up the Longji Rice Terraces. The group unfortunately ran into some extreme fog, which made the hike a little more difficult & the scenery a little less spectacular. It was still an interesting experience! #InspireToWander

BONUS: I LOVE hiking solo! It means I can tackle the trail at my own pace, stop when I want & it helps me connect with nature. Whenever I'm feeling stressed, this is my go-to to realign my spirit 💖 #InspireToWander
