replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5: Did a winter hike last year with @IBBtravel ! Forging our own path in the snow! I'd say it was a success! #InspireToWander

A5 #inspiretowander Once in a while I’ll get caught in the rain. You just come home & dry off or carry a change of clothes.

A5: No way! I am a spring, summer fall hiker. I need sunshine! #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A5: The most extreme has been -35C which wasn't too bad - mainly because I was bundled up like crazy. My face icicles were pretty rad though 😹 #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5) Flash flooding and mud can be reañly scary. I was trying to do a traiñ near Garden of the Gods in southern Illinois and it was terrifying trying to even wade uphill with mudwater flooding pathways. #InspiretoWander

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel A5: Snow, a bunch of times. One of the most challenging hikes that springs to mind though was in Manning Park, BC, one year. It was early September yet -10c overnight and around 3/4c during the day. Caught us both by surprise #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A5 I walked to school everyday as a kid in Manitoba. I think that counts. lol
Though hiking in BC in the rainforest I got so wet my underwear took like a week to dry. #inspiretowander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5) First day we hiked the Lost Coast Trail in CA a pretty wicked storm blew in, strong winds and heavy rain, fortunately we reached the defunct Punta Gorda Lighthouse and bivvied in an old outbuilding. Restless night! But next morning dawned calm. #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5: I went to the summit at Haleakala without checking the weather report. That was a mistake I'll never make again. Storms at 10,000+ feet are no bueno. #InspireToWander

A5: Our team member Sonny was in China in March & hiked up the Longji Rice Terraces. The group unfortunately ran into some extreme fog, which made the hike a little more difficult & the scenery a little less spectacular. It was still an interesting experience! #InspireToWander
