A3. No, longest hike we've done is 6 miles at #minnewaskastate park @NYstateparks. That was tough for us as my husband carried our 4 yr old the last mille. #InspireToWander

RT @OffTrackTravel: @thewandererblog @inspiretowander Oooh like Yukon? This is a photo I took from one of my favourites up there! #InspireT…

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel thanks but I am super sad that this lens broke a few months ago. I loved using my fisheye and have to try and find another. But it just has this great beat up quality to it. #inspiretowander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A4) None so far but I always try and stay super hydrated because I am prone to dehydration! I also am clumsy so try to be particularly careful on steep terrain. No cliffside selfies for me! #InspiretoWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A4: Airbnb host said it was a short walk from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher. Turns out not so short. Plus, we were cold and hungry. Not a good combo. #InspireToWander

replying to @byland_and_sea @byland_and_sea @GrandTetonNPS YIKES that would be terrifying! The views are beauty, though! #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5: Did a winter hike last year with @IBBtravel ! Forging our own path in the snow! I'd say it was a success! #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO We can laugh about it now, but it wasnt so fun in the moment! #InspireToWander

replying to @theanchoredblog @theanchoredblog The full trail is 12 days long (from memory) but you can pick shorter sections easily. I'm planning to do a three night, four day section in September. Google 'Tin Mountain Hut' to see some of the incredible views! #InspireToWander

replying to @MandyMPower @MandyMPower @inspiretowander That's the worst combo! Did you make it to the Cliffs of Moher? #InspireToWander

RT @inspiretowander: Q5: Have you ever hiked in extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, etc)? Tell us about it! #InspireToWander

replying to @MandyMPower @MandyMPower @inspiretowander Oooh no that would not be a short hike at all! Lol #InspireToWander

replying to @byland_and_sea @byland_and_sea Me, too! I love that color of blue. So striking--#InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander
@inspiretowander A4: I've been lost for hours when everyone in the group had dead cellphones. Also been lost on mismarked trails with no phone service. Both times turned into things we laugh about now, but there was no laughing at the time.

A5 #inspiretowander Once in a while I’ll get caught in the rain. You just come home & dry off or carry a change of clothes.

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel @inspiretowander After much debate - we did make it. 😂 #InspireToWander

@JustinLaurenXO A3 There is a hiking trail between Manitoba and Ontario called the "Mantario"
it is 60+ km long and could never find the time for the 3 days.
convinced a friend to hike it in 24 hours with minimal gear.
couldn't walk properly for a week, But I SUCCEEDED!

replying to @OffTrackTravel @OffTrackTravel @inspiretowander I've never used hiking poles before but I feel like they would really help. #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A5: The most extreme has been -35C which wasn't too bad - mainly because I was bundled up like crazy. My face icicles were pretty rad though 😹 #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A5) Flash flooding and mud can be reañly scary. I was trying to do a traiñ near Garden of the Gods in southern Illinois and it was terrifying trying to even wade uphill with mudwater flooding pathways. #InspiretoWander
