Packing Tips

A5: Hmm… that’s a good question, but other than go carry on, maybe make sure not to over pack to avoid overweight luggage fees. #InspireToWander

I am the queen of packing everything in a personal item. The trick is to wear layers and pack random things in pockets. 😂 #InspireToWander https://t.co/YICnmbORHQ

A6: I like a backpack style bag. My go to is my @Pacsafe VentureSafe exp45 #inspiretowander

replying to @yosecormier @yosecormier @MeToddScott @inspiretowander Wow that is quite the change! Speaking of The Philippines, I had to go to a thrift store there to get a shirt with sleeves so I could extend my travel visa. I didn't realize I couldn't wear no sleeves in there. It is now my fave souvenir 😹 #InspireToWander

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel @leisurelambie @inspiretowander With kids, you always need a first aid kit. even if just going on a day hike! #InspireToWander

replying to @OliviaRutt @OliviaRutt I have my awesome @HeysLuggage set with illustrated icons of Canada all over it. It's easy to spot on the carousel! Though the wheels and cobblestone don't go well together. I need to replace them! #InspireToWander

A4- I've never had a packing mishap, but I'm still dying to hear this guy's story #InspireToWander #travelingsession

A6: I just purchased @away luggage for my trip to Tahiti and loved it! #InspireToWander https://t.co/2jr59kNWRD

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel @Pacsafe they make them in purple now, which is sad because I love purple. #inspiretowander

A7: I really don’t have a brand preference. But one piece I LOOOOVE is my @waypointgoods travel scarf! It has a hidden pocket for keeping lip balm, my phone and my passport for easy travelling. #InspireToWander

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A7: I normally thrift shop but when I buy new, love me some @tentree along with @MountainWHouse! They're my go-to brands! Gotta love the constellation collection from TenTree! #InspireToWander

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel I don’t utilize a particular brand but I do look at amazon reviews and utilize word of mouth. I also like rolling style luggage that also has a handle so if I break a wheel I am not out of luck! May try backpack style next time. #inspiretowander

A9: I thankfully have never gone over my baggage weight allowances! But for those out there that flirt with the line, use a weight tool to help you manage it! If you’re one to buy souvenirs, then start your trip with extra room (and fewer pounds) in your bag! #InspireToWander

replying to @OliviaRutt @OliviaRutt A9: I HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME. Ditch the replaceable items - shampoo, soap, etc & throw on as many clothes as possible. #InspireToWander

replying to @OliviaRutt @OliviaRutt My downfall with this is that I often can fit more in which is great but then I'm WAY overweight 😹 #TetrisMaster #InspireToWander

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel @inspiretowander Shoes are getting a bad rap tonight!🤣 #InspiretoWander

replying to @IBBtravel @IBBtravel A10) I learnef this the hard way - pack as light as possible and try to leave at least 25 percent of your suitcase empty to leave room for souvenirs you may want to bring back! Also, rolling method for tee shirts and jeans. #InspireToWander
