You never know how much traffic you might be stuck. you will underestimate how far things are from each other #InspireToWander

Day trips are usually done with a car. Can't imagine being able to rely on public transportation to get me anywhere quickly. Jealous of those who can do that though! #inspiretowander

A4: Depends on the destination. Lots of sightseeing if we've never been there before. If it's a repeat visit we love checking out local breweries. #InspireToWander @IBBtravel @inspiretowander

The furthest I've traveled for a day trip would be Charleston, SC, about a 7-hour drive. I think too much further and you have to make it a weekend trip. What's the point of going if you just have to turn around and come right back? #inspiretowander

A5: I don't have kids but my mom & I have plenty of awesome adventures! They usually entail good coffee, great eats & a little shopping! The odd leisurely stroll is thrown in there too - especially if we're hunting lighthouses or check out waterfalls! #inspiretowander
