A3. I agree with @JustinLaurenXO so many hidden gems all over the world. In Mexico, we have Pueblos Magicos- small towns that have special identities based on their history, craft, or natural wonders like Amealco for their Maria dolls. #inspiretowander

A3. Central America has a lot of hidden gems I feel very lucky to have found in my travels. El Salvador is becoming more popular with Canadians and ex pats. #InspireToWander

A4- While most people hit the bars and restaurants along the beach, there's an excellent spot on the back bay with amazing views #InspireToWander #travelingsession

#InspireToWander A 4) A short train ride from Philadelphia is Haddonfield, NJ. It's a charming little town full of history. It's also the place where a dinosaur was discovered in the United States.

replying to @BudgetBreakBlog @BudgetBreakBlog @JustinLaurenXO Amazing! DeCew Falls definitely is a beauty! I grew up in St Catharines but only visited it once I returned home after graduating university. Never swam there but made it down in the spring thaw. Gorgeous! #InspireToWander

A5- Boracay in the Philippians is starting to feel the pain of too many visitors. The island recently had to shutdown to deal with the trash. Although I also heard it was partly their own fault #InspireToWander #travelingsession

A5. Montauk was off the beaten path when I was growing up but thanks to the popularity of the internet and the Hamptons, it is now pretty mainstream. Once upon a time, it was a quiet little town. #InspireToWander

#InspireToWander A 5) Years ago we went to Santa Clara, Panama. It was a little fishing town with a few beach cottages. It didn't get popular through social media, but after a bunch of large resorts were built

A4. The best off-the-beaten-path place in my region would probably be Queretaro. Most people fly in, but skip it to get to San Miguel de Allende. Or it could be the Sierra GOrda mountains with its waterfalls and pueblos magicos. It takes 3 hours to get there. #inspiretowander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A5 Niagara on the lake used to be a lot less well known, now everyone from the area avoids the main street during the summer and on weekends. Good luck finding a parking spot! #inspiretowander

A6 #inspiretowander I’m not sure you can. Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia was over trodden & worn out by the end of the 80s. The wars started & people stopped going which was a great thing for the park. It was able to grow & renew itself

#inspiretowander A 7) St. Eustatius (Statia) We only heard of it a few months before we booked the trip, but we knew we had to visit

replying to @inspiretowander @inspiretowander A7: My Pennsylvania road trip took me to plenty of off-beat destinations! Though my final one was Centralia and while there were some people there, it was really interesting to walk on a highway with a fire that will burn for over 250 years far below. Spooky! #InspireToWander

replying to @JustinLaurenXO @JustinLaurenXO A7 we just came back from living in Kamloops, BC for a year. For anyone that's never heard of it(not blaming you!) It's a desert in the middle of the Canadian Rockies and is almost completely untouched #inspiretowander

A8- It just occurred to me that I've never been let down by an off the beaten path spot. Maybe it's because you don't set your expectations as high as you do with the more popular places #InspireToWander #travelingsession
