A5. We pack a lot of our own food on road trips, and stay places with kitchens so we can have healthy snacks. Lots of fruit! #MOMtravelchat

A5. I'll admit that I'm not always great at eating super healthy on vacation but I always try to have some fruit and healthy snacks available to snack on. A small salad is a great alternative to an appetizer while you are waiting for your main meal. #MOMtravelchat

A5. How do I balance my diet is more like it. :( I pack healthy snacks from home & cook in our hotel room- esp since my son has food allergies. We don't eat out that often and instead splurge on one or two really good meals. #MOMTravelChat

A5. I try to make healthy choices for the meals and then indulge with dessert or afternoon snack. For the kids, we just try to limit the times they have chicken nuggets and french fries. #MOMtravelchat
