A3 #pttravel Flying EasyJet to Madrid. Any savings I made were eaten by arriving a day early, and paying for another night's accommodation, and had to leave the conference early. Plus. rail to/from Bristol more expensive that National Express to London.

A3 Only a funny one - after a night drinking including local cider in Aviles, Spain, I got separated from my travel companion. I made it back to the (5*) hotel but got out of the lift on the wrong floor and ended up falling asleep outside the room BELOW ours! #pttravel

A3 In Budapest the underground system should come with a warning. I got a single use ticket, didn't clip it when I got on train and got fined 800 Koruna at the other end. They are so happy to fine you too #grrr #PTTravel

3/ Boarding what I though was a 3 hour train with just an apple in India only to realise it arrived at 15:00 the FOLLOWING day. Turns out it was actually 27 hours, not 3! #pttravel
