Hi Everyone! A1) Staying fit when traveling is tough -- we're not gym-goers (prefer to run/walk outside) so we try to get in as much walking as we can when traveling #PTTravel
A1 #pttravel staying fit is no problem just because of the amount of walking I do. I seldom rent a car especially overseas, so I rely on public transit and my two legs.
A1 Not being a travel gym type, I'm lucky that whatever fitness I have stays steady until I return. #PTTravel
A1 #pttravel Usually ... no changes; same as I do at home; drink plenty of water, watch what I eat and wash my hands after using the toilet.
A1. Its tough to stay fit. But I enjoy a lot of physical activity while I travel; hiking, kayaking; swimming. And I try to squeeze in a yoga session now and again while I'm on a ship. #pttravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. I'm no fitness fanatic, at home let alone when travelling, but I love to walk and I eat relatively well so I wouldn't say I was unhealthy either. #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1: Not at all - I am completely hedonistic when I travel! Although I did find a fitness / care regime when we travelled for 8 weeks, cos hedonism really only lasts a week before you burn out on holiday ;-) #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. I try to walk as much as I can when traveling mainly because it’s a great way to explore and find hidden gems. But I don’t have a separate work out routine while on holiday. #PTTravel

I've struggled to get enough walking in on this trip so I did go to the hotel gym twice. I did a lot of sitting in offices and conference spaces.
I'm much more active at home.
I need to find a better balance on the road especially when I'm working
replying to @vickyinglis13 A1. If I'm on a ship, there's nowhere to walk, and you can get very stiff just trying to stand up with the movement. I climb lots, but always come back in need of a good stretch out. #pttravel
A1 I think so, I walk a lot and am outside. But it's quite challenging to stay fit during a work trip, because I have to sit a lot #pttravel
