replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A2: Yoga is my favourite thing to do when travelling because I can do it anywhere and doesn’t require special equipment. #PTTravel

A2 #pttravel I remember Hong Kong was a workout. I hiked up to the Wong Nai Chung Gap Trail and didn't realize it was straight up. I rode the bus back down. When I came back, my pants felt looser just from all the walking.

A2 #pttravel Usually, a walk or a run. But, if I'm on an 'escorted tour' I sometimes have to get up early to do it.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A2. I've walked two long distance footpaths, which is technically travel by exercise. Most of the time though I burn calories climbing endless towers in search of the best view. #PTTravel

A2. Yoga travels well, as it needs virtually no equipment, and I like to walk or run in new place to get my bearings of the place. #pttravel

I'm realising how bad my fitness has been on trips in the past couple of years. I last hiked overseas 2 or 3 years ago. I haven't done an outdoor run for ages and prpmised myself I'd do yoga in India but didn't have time

I'd love to do more tai chi maybe in China or other countries in Asia.
Maybe a dance class?
