A4 - A very mini first aid kit with just my personal essentials. Alcohol wipes, bandaids, moleskin, hydro-cortisone cream, antibiotic ointment and Plan B. If I need something else I buy it locally (it's usually cheaper abroad). #PTTravel

A4 I don't carry a first-aid kit, but perhaps should. I haven't taken a big trip in a while. When the next time comes, that might be a consideration. #PTTravel

A4. I’m currently on a year-long trip and I have a very basic first aid kit in my backpack. I had first aid training maybe 20 years ago and a couple of quick refreshers via my previous employer over the past few years. #pttravel

replying to @TravelFearless A4 P2 - Also, after THE EYE INCIDENT, I now carry Polysporin Antibiotic Eye Drops! In many places they won't prescribe antibiotics for an eye infection, but after THE EYE INCIDENT I was advised to trust my gut and begin treatment as soon as possible if it happens again. #PTTravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A4. I do when out hiking but I don’t tend to take a First Aid Kit is on city breaks. At most I’m likely to pack a couple of paracetamols and some savlon. #PTTravel
