replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie No you're right, it is Canada Day (July 1st) haha. Not too much happens outside Ottawa. Usually fireworks, everyone dresses in red and white and drinks. I grew up on the border and it can be a 4 day drinking holiday with Americans as they celebrate independence day #pttravel
