@kate_frankie A5 #pttravel I think as we get older, we definitely appreciate luxury accommodation more. Getting a bad nights sleep and then exploring all day is just not as doable as it used to be.

A5 My travel style has changed over the past 12 years doing solo trips. I will opt for my own room now for comfort and proper rest. I don't mind budget flights, trains or some buses though. I do a lot of free things too

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A5 - Now we are paid more we get to do more things like the trip based on going to a michelin star restaurant (Mirazur in France, it was amazing!) which we could never have done before. Luxuries can be any price but we can now afford some of the more expensive ones #PTTravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A5: My requirement for luxury has increased as I’ve got older. Although I’ve never been a hostel user, I would happily settle for 1 & 2 * hotels in my youth. Now I’m a 3 & 4 * minimum kinda gal - my back needs a good bed ;-) #PTTravel
