replying to @char_x0 @char_x0 #pttravel A2: more in terms of place than actual style - even my earliest trips were backpacking from place to place to place - what's changed is what I'm looking *for* in those places, I think. Hard to say. Also more confident at travelling to places I feel less comfortable in.

A2 #PTTravel It evolved over about a decade. I knew nothing about travel when I started. I traveled around the US for a few years and eventually Europe. I tried new things and went back to what worked. For example, train travel was something I found I liked, so I used it.

replying to @char_x0 @char_x0 A2: I used to go on lots of city trips with friends and stayed at luxury hotels. Since I've been traveling solo, I prefer nature and camping. Going back to basics gives me peace in this hectic world 😊 #pttravel

A2 We do a lot (and I mean a lot) of city breaks but in recent years we've explored local, non-touristy, even edgy areas more and more. And of course experienced a more 'local' bar scene #PTTravel
