A1 Travel came with enlisting in the Air Force, which was 25 years. Since then, it's been mostly day trips for part-time travel. #pttravel

A1 #PTTravel
I've grown up going on a holiday per year as a kid but early years were UK (home) trips. Later, in my teens, mam & dad took us to places like Egypt which started the travel bug. My solo travel started at 21 and I made it a priority since. I'm 35 this year

A2 #pttravel 40 plus. It's rather flexible, because I count UK and the UAE as separate countries, and I counted Singapore twice, as it was part of Malaya when I first visited.
Recs: Jordan, Australia and Peru.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A2: I’ve visited 38 countries now. It’s so hard to pick my top ones (and it changes every time I’m asked 😁) but Jordan, Croatia and Brazil would be up there. Seeing Petra was absolutely amazing and should be on everyone’s bucket lists #PTTravel

A2 Off the top of my head, I can count 11 countries visiting -- and that's not cheating by including changing planes in England and Denmark. #pttravel

RTWBarefoot

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie #pttravel A2: I was asked this a couple of weeks ago, so I counted them.

If I've got it right, I have visited 82 UN member states, and at least 4 other countries whose status is 'disputable'.

It's not a discussion I try to have that often.
