@kate_frankie A3: I didn't use many tools at the beginning. Till a few years ago I still used to handwrite to combine flights. π
Now I usually just write a simple recap of the itinerary.
Then I keep everything in 3 copies: paper, local storage and server.

I use a to do list in notes on my phone & one written down, calendar in Outlook and phone, @emirates app for a lot of my flights & I have a little travel document pack with essentials
