Q5 What is the food and drink like? Do you have any stops on land to explore further?

A5 Can't really answer this although on a Bilboats river cruise last August they did serve cans of San Miguel, which coincidentally is what I'm drinking just now ;-) #pttravel

A5 #pttravel Food & drink were about the same in my experience. Maybe more expensive though. My pictures of Halong Bay where food was provided & alcohol was extra.

A5 #PTTravel Again, infinitely variable! Certainly more 'port rich' than the average ocean cruise. Favourite: English Holiday Cruises, on the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal, when they stopped at the Slimbridge Bird Reserve.

A5 Cruise ships offer various food & cater for diets. Smaller boats may not. For day trips I don’t expect much as a vegan so take my own food. Boats usually = seafoodđŸ‘ŽđŸ» I much prefer to stop on land for a meal. In Brunei we took a boat to have tea at a local’s home #PTTravel
