A4 Time is my biggest thing. I work long hours and work is intense. I therefore try to get an evening flight straight after work so I can get a proper night's sleep in destination and start a new day ready to explore #PTTravel

A4 Like A3, getting great value for money is actually quite and enjoyable pastime for me. I'd rather do more and spend less but that doesn't mean we go without. When you can get this 🔽 for a total of 2 euro, your hard-earned money can go a long way #PTTravel

A4 #pttravel You can save money with loyalty programs, I belong to several. Don’t just check 3rd party apps for rates, check airline & hotel websites for cheaper rates. Also there are places that are inexpensive to visit like Vietnam, you will get your money’s worth.

A3 Marrakech at Christmas. My work is open at Xmas so the years like this year where you get 4 days off means a jaunt somewhere without needing authorisation or using leave #PTTravel

The last set of guide books I bought before #lockdown were the #Bratdguides for Uganda and Rwanda - really want to see Gorillas in the wild #PTTravel A5

A2 Part time travel means maximising weekend breaks - home and away to explore and maximising my annual leave. Always worth travelling for a long holiday on the Friday. I usually take 15 days annual leave & a short day on the Fri morn = 22/23 days in destination #pttravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A3 We did a last minute mini-break with the kids in New York a few years ago which was awesome.

A5 Cont. Might actually do first 'beach break' in about 7 years next year, just to completely switch off and recover from all the 2020 crap - watch this space in the next few weeks...I have a cunning plan! #PTTravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1 I was able to squeeze a decent amount into 2019: 72 "vacation" flights with 8 countries & 12 states. It's a much different story this year!

A1 one year I went abroad every month. But usually I aim for 1 big trip around 3 weeks (somewhere new) , then 1 around 2 weeks (usually USA) , a Xmas Market weekend, another new European city break plus a UK long weekend per year #pttravel
