What about the ones i don't tell. Like the times i came home early from trips because i couldn't mentally cope with being there.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1 Probably went I went to the wrong police station in northern China to register my place of residence and no one spoke a lick of English (I can't speak Mandarin) and then they drove me across town in the back of a police car, alarms blaring, to another station #pttravel

A1 #pttravel In Australia I rented a car from Brisbane to Melbourne. I bought the full coverage at the counter because my credit card didn’t cover there. Glad I did, 150 miles out of Melbourne I had a man coast into me. It left a mark on the left rear fender, but I walked away

A1 #PTTravel I honestly can't think of anything really serious. Maybe the lady in front of me screaming at the check in clerk she didn't want to go to Switzerland. (Our queue was for Genoa ... sign showed the Italian 'Genova')

A1 My first big trip was a summer in Romania and Moldova in 2010. From the train, I saw this fortress and decided I had to go back to visit, so I asked where it was, and I learned it was in Rupea. A week or two later I tried to take a train back to Rupea. #PTTravel

I suppose when I walked coast to coast across Scotland + didn't anticipate so much sun. Needed to stop to buy sunblock + a pair of shorts #PTTravel
