@kate_frankie #pttravel A1: I don't think i can answer that. Everywhere is lovely. For different reasons.
But I'll always be attracted to parts of the Peak District, in England.

A1 I'd choose, Liverpool as a city (home town), Saltburn for the coast, and Knaresborough as our favourite local town. #pttravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1 Anywhere in my Colorado Rocky Mountains, especially in fall' because it is my happy place. The Everglades in Florida because it is such a crazy ecosystem. Glacier NP for it's outstanding landscapes. #PTTravel

A1 where I live - Liverpool. It has an identity different to the rest of the country and history (12th century) Glasgow - a great weekend with lots of history too and finally Portmerion - Italy in Wales #PTTravel

A1 #pttravel Lake District: I'm from there. Yorkshire Dales: Within an hours' drive for most of my working life. Snowdonia: When I worked on Anglesey, I could see it from my office window. Couldn't get there as often as I would have liked

replying to @RTWBarefoot
@kate_frankie I realise that was just one pic.
Here are more #pttravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. I’m a #SanDiego girl and the 3 best places are the beach, beach and. oyyy. Just 3? The #beach #pttravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. It's hard to narrow it down to just three places in Scotland, but my top would include the wild, high country of the Cairngorms, the spectacular waters around the islands of Coll + Tiree, and the far north west highlands where all my childhood holidays were spent #PTTravel

A1 Northumberland has to be in here for the stretches of beach, old castles and ruins plus memories from childhood. Lake District is beautiful and I have a real love for it. A few places in Scotland also - Edinburgh for fun and city breaks, Skye for nature

replying to @kate_frankie
@kate_frankie A1.
Rochester, Kent - beautiful town with links to Norman times and to Charles Dickens.
Yorkshire Dales - it’s so pretty
West-end, can I say that? It’s my happy theatre place.

@kate_frankie Odd but given the choice; I prefer Alaska to Hawaii.
Certainly as measured by # of visits.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. Speaking chronologically, it would have to be Duffus Castle, where I played as a child; Arrochar, which I keep returning to year on year; and Morton Lochs, where I now volunteer. #PTTravel
