You may find you have a fascination for some part of history or culture that i've never thought about, like the history of railways in South America, or the language & culture of the Evenki people.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A5: When in the city, I'll tend to wander around College areas. Students put out a lot of interesting art works, plays, even been to fashion shows. Film festivals for example, is a big attraction for me. I don't pay much attention to the "why" :-) #pttravel

A6 #pttravel Plan ahead, figure out what you want to see & see it. I’d also recommend buying tickets online if you can. Again in Vietnam I wanted to see Hua Lo Prison where they held John McCain. The nice thing about Vietnam was how many museums they had & how cheap they were.
