A2 #pttravel I can't say I've been anywhere that advertised itself as 'eco-friendly', but I have noticed little touches eg dispensers for toiletries instead of mini sachets. wooden spoons etc.

A2 I'm not sure enough marketing is done. I'm not really aware of eco places. I'd have to do a fair amount of research & I'm a bit skeptical about how much gravitas the various awards have.
I do want to support more local sustainable businesses

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A2. I’m a little sceptical to be honest. I’m never sure how much of it is honest environmentalism and how much is a marketing ploy. Also, there’s often a whiff of exoticism and privilege about it. #PTTravel
