A2 #pttravel The Grand Mercure in DaNang, Vietnam I had a great view overlooking the river & city & Internatioal fireworks show they had that weekend. They gave me this room because I was a member of the loyalty program.

A3 I can’t think of anything that was particularly disgusting. If there was no view or just a wall or something, I’d see it as a good reason to spend less time in the room. I guess length of stay has a bearing on importance. #pttravel

A3 I have had one room with no view/no window and at least two looking out onto the wall of the building next door. I think the worst was a view onto a shaft at the centre of a hotel, looking into other room windows & all you could smell was the kitchen/waste 😬
