Q5 Have you had any moments of connection to other religions/spiritual groups or to nature that have been memorable?

A5 I once felt that I had a type of “calling” to help someone who was vulnerable while working in the US many years ago. Too deep to go in to but it did challenge my beliefs. I’ve not had anything similar since! #PTTravel

A5 #pttravel Visiting Tượng Phật Bà Quan Âm Chùa Linh Ứng near Da Nang, Vietnam I actually felt a connection to the place. I just thought it was an amazing temple in a country with a lot of amazing Buddhist temples.

A5 Being the token Protestant in the family, it's been an interesting few decades spectating at Catholic rituals. #PTTravel

A5 #PTTravel When we walked around Uluru, I saw an old First Nations man standing by a path junction, indicating the way we should go. One or two people in our group saw him, too ... but a good half-dozen others didn't

A5 I've definitely felt a sense of something in some churches/temples/mosques. The music or singing can absolutely hit a chord with me. I can be equally amazed in an almost spiritual way at how wonderful the natural world is on my travels. There's nothing like it

A5: Most of my moments of connection have been in nature. The most memorable was when a humpback whale and calf swam under my kayak off the coast of Newfoundland. It reminded me of how small and insignificant we humans are #pttravel

A5- I got to visit the #BobMarley mausoleum while I was in #Jamaica. His spirit is still alive.
