@kate_frankie #pttravel A5: .... honestly, I don't know? I tend to not visit those spots in tourist season anyway? That's if any of them I visit could be said to be 'overtouristed'.
I mean, the top of Mam Tor was quite busy but it was a nice day ... :p
A5 #PTTravel It’s not fun to deal with big crowds. The Dubrovnik City Wall in Croatia was something I was warned to do as soon as they opened before the cruise ship crowds arrived. This was around 9 AM, not many people yet.
A5 Sure, over-tourism is a problem, but with Venice, for example, it’s possible to walk a few yards and crowds disappear - and you find the more enchanting places…and bargains. #pttravel

A5- Overtourism can definitely ruin a spot. Especially when they start catering to tourists and lose the authentic feel.
