Q1 What has travel taught you about other countries and about your home country?

@kate_frankie #pttravel A1: every country has a developed the concept of baking meat encased in pastry. From the pastries and sausage rolls in the UK, through the empanada of Chile, to the samosa of ex-Soviet Central Asia.
