Q1 Summer or winter travel and why?

A1 Travel in summer is better because it's easier to dig out of rain, except for those pesky mudslides. #PTTravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. Usually summer. Find that's when more festivals and events happen, better weather. I know it's more expensive and crowded but I like the energy of having people around so I'm cool with paying extra (most times) . #PTTravel

A1: It really depends on what type of experience you're looking for. I've definitely done much more summer travel so in that sense, I'd have to say summer. I'd like to do more winter travel though. #PTTravel

A1: I rarely travel during UK summer because it's the one time of year that's nice to be around and summer travel is expeeeeensive. Italy in 2020 wasn't too bad as it was during the pandemic so wasn't super expensive or busy #pttravel
