I've been working over the weekend but managed to have a nice walk by the river. Looking forward to a few days off over Easter

A1 #PTTravel Shoulder season between summer & winter is my real preference. Lower rates & fewer crowds are my reasons.

in fact i almost never travel in the summer, except domestically. This is more because of cost, and also traditionally it's nice to not be on holiday where and when all the families are. I'm more likely to travel in January, just after the schools go back.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie On Tuesday I failed to hike over a gaggle of huge slippery boulders and there was a considerable amount of hawthorn involved. It's possible either one of my scratches got infected or some of my hand-usage on the bouulders was a bit too vigorous #pttravel

A1 I tend to avoid summer trips. Too expensive and over crowded. Winter is not bad at all and I love shoulder seasons. NYE trip was always scheduled before pandemic. Hopefully, this year will be another

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. Usually summer. Find that's when more festivals and events happen, better weather. I know it's more expensive and crowded but I like the energy of having people around so I'm cool with paying extra (most times) . #PTTravel

A1: It really depends on what type of experience you're looking for. I've definitely done much more summer travel so in that sense, I'd have to say summer. I'd like to do more winter travel though. #PTTravel
