A2 #pttravel My feeling is if you want to see it, it’s worth it. An overnight trip inside a larger trip was when I flew from Singapore to KL, Malaysia to see the Petronas Towers. I thought that was worth the extra cost.

A2 I think if its important, unrealistic to be able to get home, fun or a great deal, I think its definitely worth staying for the night.
You can support local businesses (accommodation, food etc) and explore a new or loved place
