Q1 What does "long haul" travel mean to you and how frequently do you take trips to those destinations?
A1 #PTTravel I was going to say 'Anywhere you don't consider taking a train or bus as an alternative.' But, there are several North African countries that don't fulfil this criterion, but don't really count as long haul destinations either.

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A1. It’s a bit to an arbitrary number, but I tend to think of long-haul travel as being five or more hours in journey time. The point at which it’s no longer worth fidgeting because both butt cheeks are cramping. #PTTravel

A1 #PTTravel I take my tablet, download my newspapers & a book. I’ll also download a couple of movie rentals & some other video.

A1 I think I hit about 5 or 6 hours on a flight and it becomes more long haul. Dubai is 7 hours I think and that is usually a hub I've used on long haul trips. I have my first since Feb 2020 on Tuesday
