Q4 Would you stay further out of a city if it was cheaper with good transport access?

A4 #PTTravel I would and have. In Venice, I found a great rate on a Crowne Plaza, but it was 20 minutes from the city. A train ran by hotel & I was able to buy tickets at the desk & still have easy access to the city.

A4 #PTTravel Yes; I often do. Paris and Madrid are pretty good in this respect; they both have excellent Metro systems which serve even out-in-the-sticks places.

A4 Yes, we’ve done this many times before even staying at the airport in Bremen once as the trams reach the town hall in 7 minutes. Staying next to train stations is not always the safest option but can be cheaper and convenient. This was our view in Pisa! #PTTravel
