Quebec City was a great stop on a road trip in Quebec in Canada https://t.co/YgBadbGG7f #PTTravel @Quebeccite
RT @aok_NW: @kate_frankie Missouri was an interesting state to visit. I had always wanted to see it. #pttravel

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A3 I always pause when I connect to art. I’m not very knowledgeable and only like what I like, but it’s something that connects cultures across time #pttravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A3 Our stay in Amsterdam this year was in my old neighborhood where I lived in 2014 when I studied abroad there. So special to go back with my husband and so nostalgic to walk the same streets again! #PTTravel

Q4 What do you have planned for the rest of the year and what are you going to savour going forward? I hope mince pies and gluwein come up here!
A3 Some from just last week. Torredembarra, a place we would love to semi-retire to…I can’t think why! #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie i hate mince pies and don't understand warm alcohol #pttravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie #pttravel I'm going to be in London and Bedford at the start of November. I've no abroady plans for the remainder of the year though.
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A3. Stepping foot on foreign soil for the first time since lockdown was a cause for both celebration and contemplation. #PTTravel
A4 #PTTravel Nothing. I want to see how COVID plays out for the winter & I read the other day a new deadlier strain of monkey pox has been found in the Dominican Republic. I would like to do something first quarter of next year.
A4 Not much…err…except Bilbao next weekend and then Bratislava, Harrogate and Alicante weekends between now and Christmas! #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A4. I don’t have much planned for the rest of the year, besides making the most of autumn and tapping every Christmas market I can when the time comes. #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A4 Hoping for a budget Europe trip next month. Then the run up to Christmas. I don’t like the cold but I like the festivities. Brings literal sparkle to everyday life! #pttravel
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot @kate_frankie Agree on the warm alcohol. Made worse by adding random spices! Ick! #pttravel
RT @aok_NW: A2 #PTTravel I was glad to finally make to Gibraltar last week. https://t.co/OQqLL4XkG0

replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie #pttravel a5: 2023 is a page I've not yet turned to. So I have no idea.
A5 We’ve got a family trip to Milan booked and also a couple of return trips to France and Catalonia. Youngster wants to go to LA and so I’ll probably help him plan that. #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A5. I’m keen to revisit Australia via Singapore but have yet to properly commit to it. Kind of waiting to see if travel restrictions are reintroduced over winter. #PTTravel
A5 #PTTravel With the Seattle @Mariners making it to the playoffs for the first time in 21 years & actually making some noise, I’m thinking about returning to @mlb Spring Training for the first time in several years. Plus I’ve been looking at Egypt & the pyramids
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A5 All of my fingers and toes are crossed for India at the end of Jan, which has been high on the bucket list for many years. That’s the big one. 🤞 #pttravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie Q5 in 2024 (yep, I jumped ahead), I want to do a southern hemisphere RTW (round the world) trip. 2023 will likely be more road trips and occasional other trips. I already committed to a @PrincessCruises in early March. #travel #funness #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie It’s a great excuse to stop and think, and serves as a nice reminder of all the experiences I have to be grateful for. #PTTravel

A6 #PTTravel Looking back, I probably would have tried to squeeze in an extra trip or two. I did nothing after June.
replying to @RTWBarefoot
@kate_frankie #pttravel a6: i did a lot of travelling in 2019, and i said at the start of 2020 I needed to do less cos it was financially unsustainable.
So, no, I wouldn't think I needed any new advice.
A6 We’ve always had the attitude of living life as fully as possible but keeping safe. I suppose I would have told myself to stay patient as a sense of normality would eventually return. #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A6. That seems like such a long time ago now! It’s not entirely travel related, but I’d quietly encourage my 2019 self to start a diary. I have so many pictures of the pandemic, but not many notes to look back on. #PTTravel
replying to @kate_frankie @kate_frankie A6 Don’t take it for granted that you’ll be able to put off things. Time moves fast. Plans don’t always… well, go to plan! #pttravel

replying to @findinganeish @kate_frankie One thing I wish I’d known going in was just how long it would last. I could have done without the disappointment and admin of booking and then having to cancel not one but four trips. #PTTravel
replying to @RTWBarefoot @RTWBarefoot Mulled cider is a no? Any festive beers you like? I'm not the biggest mince pie fan #PTTravel
replying to @Whereareweofft1 @Whereareweofft1 @aok_NW OK, now I want to go even more. #PTTravel
