A5) Poorly/incorrectly blazed trails are both a nuisance and can be dangerous. Keeping GPS/map, is essential and later sending an email or letter to the managing org. #Parkchat #hiking

replying to @last_adventurer @last_adventurer #parkchat A5 crowding wildlife. All. The. Time. We try to politely remind people that they are endangering everyone in the area by moving in too close. If they keep it up, we roll the video from the safety of our car and wait for the Darwin moment.

replying to @last_adventurer @last_adventurer A5 I've had close calls with motorcycles on trails. A scary and infuriating experience every time. Only recourse is a withering glare, and later a few strongly worded letters opposing such vehicles on trails. #parkchat
