replying to @Wild_Tribute @Wild_Tribute #parkchat A11 I think we may still be in a similar situation but hopefully less dams. In some places they have made settlement possible, in others that have destroyed fragile ecosystems. Hopefully W a do-over we'd know the difference!

A11 Through the Tennessee Valley Authority thousands of people were given jobs and today the TVA provides eco-friendly hydroelectricity. Dams may disrupt wild and scenic rivers, but so do nuclear reactor meltdowns and coal-fired power plants. #ParkChat
