A7: Living in Japan, I can't participate in cleaning up public lands. However, Japan is very different when it comes to trash. There are VERY few public trash cans, and people are expected to take trash home for disposal instead of relying upon government services. #ParkChat

A7: unless help is specifically requested, I am not volunteering. I saw this with #redcross cleanup efforts after the Indonesian tsunami in 2004–“help” can be a hindrance to pros already on the ground. #ParkChat

replying to @publiclandlvr @publiclandlvr A7) #ParkChat It is nice of these people to do but No, I haven't and I wouldn't, I'd likely be taking pictures and publicly shaming people by posting the video and photos of the ones who were breaking laws and doing damages, making sure to give lic plate numbers to authorities.
